Install an integration

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Choose the provider or feature you want to connect.
  3. Complete the sign-in flow or connection form.
  4. Approve the requested permissions.
  5. Let Dainvo complete the first sync.

Google and Microsoft accounts can power more than one feature from the same account. You can add a specific feature later without creating a second account connection. Obsidian uses local vault pairing instead of browser sign-in; eligible users can separately opt each paired vault into a task-only mobile relay without uploading vault files or note bodies.

Dainvo first requests the permissions needed for the calendar features you connect. Enabling tasks or email later can add only the permissions needed for that feature. Finish one browser connection before starting another.

Remove an integration

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the connected account row.
  3. Use Remove.
  4. Confirm the removal.

Removing an integration from Dainvo deletes Dainvo's stored connection for that provider. It does not delete provider data such as calendar events, tasks, email, or meetings.

You can also remove Dainvo from the provider account settings if you want to revoke provider-side access.

Reconnect or sync

Use Sync now when the account is connected but needs to push and pull changes.

Use Reconnect when permissions expired, were revoked, or were missing from the first authorization.

Limit

Free accounts can use unlimited active integrations on Linux. On Windows and macOS, Free accounts can have up to 4 active integrations. If a new integration is blocked by the non-Linux limit, remove or disable another one first.
