Google Calendar integration
Google Calendar lets Dainvo show and manage Google calendars you can access.
What syncs
Dainvo can import calendars and events, create and edit supported events, update availability and visibility, use Google event colors, and process pending local changes when you sync.
Read-only calendars may be visible but cannot be edited from Dainvo.
Google Calendar can send invitation email for attendees when the event supports it and you choose to send updates.
Invitations sent to you can appear in Dainvo's Inbox, where supported Google events can be accepted, marked tentative, or declined. You can change your response later from the event's compact popup and refresh attendee responses.
On an eligible primary Google Workspace calendar, the event editor can create Focus time and Out of office events with supported auto-decline options. Dainvo also recognizes Google birthdays, events from Gmail, and working-location entries. Google limits which fields can be changed for these special event types, so Dainvo hides or locks options that Google does not allow.
Right-click a Google event for supported quick actions such as Email guests, Add Room, Visibility, Show As, Event Color, Print, and Duplicate Event. Invitees do not receive organizer-only changes. For a recurring occurrence, Dainvo applies occurrence-safe actions to that occurrence and explains when Google may change the full series instead.

- Use Remove to delete the Google connection from Dainvo, or disable the Google Calendar feature if you still use that account for other Google features.

Troubleshooting
- Missing calendars: use Sync now.
- Permission errors: use Reconnect and approve Calendar access.
- Read-only calendar: edit permissions in Google Calendar or choose another calendar.
- Work or school account blocked: ask the Google Workspace administrator to allow the app. Send them Approve Dainvo in your organization — it has the client IDs and steps.
