Gmail integration status

Gmail is not currently available in Dainvo.

The old Gmail URL is kept so existing links explain the current status instead of leading to a missing page.

Current email integration​

Dainvo currently supports Outlook Email for flagged Outlook messages. Outlook Email can show supported follow-up flags in Dainvo and can clear a flag after you confirm that action.

Google account features​

Google accounts can still be used for:

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet
  • Google Tasks

Google account connection does not request Gmail permissions while Gmail support is paused.

If you previously saw Gmail controls​

Remove and reconnect the Google account in Settings > Integrations if Dainvo still shows stale Gmail permission state from an older build. Reconnecting should request only the current Google permissions needed for Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Tasks, and account sign-in.

Removing or reconnecting a Google account in Dainvo does not delete Gmail messages.

Planned status​

Gmail support is paused rather than documented as a current integration. Do not rely on Gmail setup steps until a future Dainvo release explicitly restores Gmail support.
